DARIN POUND
Lead Pastor
Darin and his family moved to Temple from Belize Central America in 2014. He was raised on the mission field and loves missions at home and abroad. Darin is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University. He enjoys the outdoors and especially water sports. Darin and his wife, Kim, have been married for 28 years and have three beautiful redheaded daughters and two son-in-laws that they enjoy spending time with.
CHRIS MONTALBO
Intermin Worship Pastor
Chris and his family have been in the Temple area his entire life. Temple First Nazarene has been Chris's home church since he was very young. Chris loves to worship and it shows. Whether he is leading or participating Chris shows a passion for Christ that is contagious.

Duing the interim, our students are currenlty being lead by a team of 4 committed volunteers. They love the students and look forward to partnering a with a studen ministry pastor.
PAUL THOMPSON
Senior Adult Leader
Paul and his wife Debbie have been members of Temple First since 2000. A graduate of Howard Payne University and Southwestern Baptist Seminary, Paul spent 25 years in pastoral ministry before a 22 year career as an Adult Protective Services investigator, retiring in 2015. Paul teaches a Core Group adult Sunday School class and is leader of the OASIS Senior Adult Ministry. He has two sons and seven grandchildren. His main hobby is furniture restoration.
DEBBIE THOMPSON
Church Office Manager
Debbie joined Temple First in 2000 and has been working as office manager since 2014. She has been active in Children's Ministries. She enjoys reading, cooking, movies, and has always had a great interest in history.
SHERYL MOORE
Core Group & Children's Ministry Coordinator
Sheyl is a 3rd generation Nazarene to Temple First. She has taught kids for over 35 years and is active in several areas of ministry, including kids, women's, and our Uward ministries. She loves spending time with the senior adults in the church. Her passions include missions, sharing about Jesus to any kids she meets, spending time with family, and antique shopping.
KEVIN KEELING
Church Maintenance
Kevin has worked at Temple First for 24 years and does an excellent job of keeping the church in top shape. If you need to know anything about the facilities or where things are in the Church, Kevin knows. He was born on a Naval Base in Puerto Rico and lived there for 17 years before moving to Temple. He plays the bass guitar and the drums. Kevin also enjoys fishing and hunting.
LORI MONTALBO
Missions Coordinator
Lori is a lifelong Nazarene and has been a member of Temple First for over 28 years. She serves on the church board as our NMI president and also helps in the children department as the children's church leader. She has a bachelor's degree from Southern Nazarene University and has been teaching special education for over 28 years. Lori has been married to Domingo for over 28 years and they have two children. She loved the Lord and enjoys serving Him daily.
KEVIN POSIVAL
Upward Basketball Director
Kevin Posival is a Central Texas native who has immersed himself in youth sports since becoming a father. He played numerous sports while attending Academy High School and covered high school sports for a local newspaper after graduating from the University of North Texas in 2005. Of all the sports he has coached, Kevin enjoys coaching Upward Basketball the most because it allows him to share two of his largest passions - his love of Christ and basketball. Kevin and his wife Rosie have been married for 15 years and are blessed with three children - Lily, Harper, and Hunter - seven nieces and nephews, two dogs and two cats.
