DARIN POUND
Lead Pastor
Darin and his family moved to Temple from Belize Central America in 2014. He was raised on the mission field and loves missions at home and abroad. Darin is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University. He enjoys the outdoors and especially water sports. Darin and his wife, Kim, have been married for 28 years and have three beautiful redheaded daughters and two son-in-laws that they enjoy spending time with.

CHRIS MONTALBO
Intermin Worship Pastor
Chris and his family have been in the Temple area his entire life. Temple First Nazarene has been Chris's home church since he was very young. Chris loves to worship and it shows. Whether he is leading or participating Chris shows a passion for Christ that is contagious.

TAHLIA MELTON
Student Pastor
Tahlia grew up in the Central Texas area and returned after graduating from MidAmerica Nazarene University in 2024. She first felt her call to ministry when she was entering her senior year of high school and has since devoted her time to sharing the Gospel with teenagers. Her passions include reading, baking cookies, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs. Her and her husband Tommy have been married a little over a year and have two dogs, Honey and Bear.

PAUL THOMPSON
Senior Adult Leader
Paul and his wife Debbie have been members of Temple First since 2000. A graduate of Howard Payne University and Southwestern Baptist Seminary, Paul spent 25 years in pastoral ministry before a 22 year career as an Adult Protective Services investigator, retiring in 2015. Paul teaches a Core Group adult Sunday School class and is leader of the OASIS Senior Adult Ministry. He has two sons and seven grandchildren. His main hobby is furniture restoration.

SHERYL MOORE
Core Group & Children's Ministry Coordinator
Sheyl is a 3rd generation Nazarene to Temple First. She has taught kids for over 35 years and is active in several areas of ministry, including kids, women's, and our Uward ministries. She loves spending time with the senior adults in the church. Her passions include missions, sharing about Jesus to any kids she meets, spending time with family, and antique shopping.

KEVIN KEELING
Church Maintenance
Kevin has worked at Temple First for 24 years and does an excellent job of keeping the church in top shape. If you need to know anything about the facilities or where things are in the Church, Kevin knows. He was born on a Naval Base in Puerto Rico and lived there for 17 years before moving to Temple. He plays the bass guitar and the drums. Kevin also enjoys fishing and hunting.
